ideal base for exploring charming santa marta landmarks

The incredibly friendly staff and the delicious buffet breakfast made my stay truly enjoyable, making it a great spot for a weekend traveler like me who loves to explore new places. plus, being just a 15-minute walk to Santa Marta's historic cathedral and the beautiful beaches at Rodadero was a real bonus.

The welcoming staff made our stay delightful, especially Natalia at the front desk who learned our names. Enjoyed the tranquil poolside ambiance and the beach access.

The front desk staff were genuinely nice and went out of their way to help us out. I especially appreciated that breakfast was solid, had a good variety of options, and tasted great.

i had a great stay at mercure! the superior queen room with a sofa bed had a beautiful view of the mountains and sea. it was also nice that they provided free medical services if you needed it. the location is fantastic too, with supermarkets just down the road and easy access to buses.

Room was a Superior Queen with a sofa bed, super comfy, had a balcony with ocean views. The pool area was spacious with sun loungers and umbrellas. Staff was amazing, helped us secure a private tour guide, and breakfast was a treat with fresh croissants and tons of juice choices. Great fitness center too!
